A: The website migration service that we are offering is free of charge (within a certain limit). We will migrate your web site(s) to our ultramodern cloud hosting platform without you having to do anything. We know from personal experience that switching hosting providers can lead to lost data and unnecessary network downtime. That is why we’ll do all that for you for free!We’ve got highly qualified administrators whose primary responsibility is to make certain that your site performs precisely as it did on your previous web hosting platform. Our administrators are experts in migrating custom–built websites, as well as websites that are based upon famous apps like WordPress and Joomla^™.

A: There are many factors to bear in mind – the overall amount of web files, the physical size of the database, the complexity of the site itself and the present workload of our website migration professionals, etc. Nevertheless, we do try to perform all web site migrations within a 48–hour time period. Smaller–sized web sites are migrated much faster – usually in less than 24 hours.

A: We don’t need any sensitive data. We will require, however, the login information for your current web hosting account along with the name of the site that you would like to transfer.

When we are done with the transfer, your web site will be configured to work on our web hosting platform and we will ask you to preview it. If everything is working correctly, all you will have to do is change the name server records corresponding to your domain. Your web site will be transferred to us with no downtime.

A: Nope. We will never touch base with your web hosting provider about anything. They will not be aware of the website transfer either.

A: Yep. We support all regular Linux–based web hosting platforms. We do not support Windows–driven hosting platforms, since we don’t provide Windows hosting services ourselves.We also don’t support proprietary web site creation and administration user interfaces such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
